2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or use the Services. This requirement is in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law. jillf strictly prohibits access by minors and will terminate any account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age, forfeiting any balance therein.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of jillf is lawful in your jurisdiction. jillf is principally designed for players residing in the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and may be excluded without notice.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain a jillf account: (a) employees of jillf or its affiliates; (b) individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded; (c) individuals declared by a Philippine court to be legally incapacitated; and (d) individuals on any government-mandated gambling exclusion list.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player may register only one (1) jillf account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. jillf reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and confiscate associated balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at registration, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillf login credentials. All activities conducted under your account credentials are your responsibility. You must notify jillf support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). jillf conducts Know Your Customer verification as required under PAGCOR regulatory context and applicable anti-money laundering laws in the Philippines. You must complete KYC before submitting any withdrawal request. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
Accepted Philippine IDs for KYC: UMID, PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, PRC License, SSS/GSIS ID, Postal ID, Voter's ID, or any other government-issued ID bearing your full name and date of birth.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jillf accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya transactions. Minimum amounts for bank transfers and USDT may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are generally processed instantly. Bank transfers may take 5–30 minutes depending on the institution. jillf is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.4 Own Funds. You must only deposit funds that you legally own. jillf does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered in the Player's name may be held pending investigation and returned less applicable processing fees.
4.5 No Interest. jillf does not pay interest on Player account balances under any circumstances.
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. The withdrawal destination must be a payment method registered in the Player's own name and matching KYC records on file.
5.2 Processing Time. jillf aims to process verified withdrawal requests within one (1) business day for standard requests. Same-day processing is available for verified accounts with completed KYC. Processing times may be extended for large transactions, security reviews, or periods of high volume.
5.3 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the account withdrawal section. jillf reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
5.4 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Withdrawals requested prior to meeting wagering requirements will have the bonus amount deducted.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. Withdrawals are subject to compliance review in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, and applicable AMLC regulations. jillf reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal that triggers AML thresholds.
6.1 General Conditions. All bonuses and promotions offered by jillf are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each offer. In case of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion details. Games may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. jillf reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of: (a) abuse of the bonus system; (b) use of multiple accounts to claim a single bonus; (c) collusion; (d) use of software or strategies that circumvent bonus conditions; or (e) any other conduct that jillf reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
6.4 Expiry. Bonuses not claimed or wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be forfeited automatically. jillf is not obligated to remind Players of impending bonus expiry.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jillf platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
8.1 All content on the jillf platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, and interface design — is the intellectual property of jillf or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jillf platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jillf content without express written permission.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jillf and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss; (b) loss of profits, data, or business opportunity; (c) interruption of service due to circumstances beyond jillf's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or third-party payment processor outages.
9.2 jillf does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access to Services.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits jillf's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10.1 jillf is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.
10.2 Players who self-exclude from jillf agree not to attempt to open new accounts during the exclusion period. jillf will use reasonable technological means to prevent excluded Players from accessing the platform but cannot guarantee complete prevention where false information is provided.

11.1 jillf reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) there is a breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected; (c) a Player fails to complete required KYC documentation; (d) a regulatory direction is received; or (e) continued account operation poses a compliance or legal risk to jillf.
11.2 Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, jillf reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. Where closure is for other reasons, any verified funds in excess of outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
11.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jillf's support team. Voluntary closure is processed within five (5) business days, subject to any pending wagering requirements or withdrawal reviews.
12.1 jillf collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jillf.club/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 jillf may share Player information with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law or regulation.
13.1 jillf reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The effective date of any revision will be indicated at the top of the Terms page. jillf will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes via email or on-platform notification.
13.2 Your continued use of the jillf platform following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the jillf platform shall first be referred to jillf's customer support team for informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant PAGCOR regulatory body or to the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.3 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
